The core of Movesense accessories is a patented, custom-designed, ultra-low profile stainless steel snap. The accessories come in two versions:
The basic mounts work as a practical, reliable mechanical holder for the Movesense sensor.
The smart mounts have an embedded 1-wire chip with a unique ID between the snaps. When snapped on, the sensor can read the ID of the connector and use it for various context specific actions.
